Who We Are
Michelle Fuller, Executive Director
Michelle Fuller, the Executive Director and Owner of Fullers Family Home Care, has a wealth of experience in the home care industry, spanning over 18+ years. She is dedicated to providing the best care possible for seniors, working closely with her care team to ensure their needs are met. Michelle is committed to expanding the legacy of In-Home Care Services, allowing seniors to age in place. She has a strong background in collaborating with various healthcare professionals and organizations, advocating for seniors and their well-being. Michelle is also certified in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care, and she is currently pursuing training to become an End-of-Life Doula, offering support to families during their loved one's final journey.
Michelle holds the key role in making decisions for both employee hiring and case acceptance. Her responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating Client Care Plans, and ensuring the continuity of safe and suitable care through Care Management.
Samantha Walters,
Director of Operations
Samantha is a native of Central KY and is the daughter of Executive Director, Michelle Fuller. Holding over 14 years of healthcare experience in pediatrics and women’s health, she has built a reputation for her advocacy in the community. Many know her as the founder of the Kentucky Medical Freedom Coalition. Her commitment to providing care spans across all ages, as she advocates for her clients from newborns to those in their late stages of life. Samantha’s current certifications include: International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Perinatal Nutritionist, Certified Pediatric Nutritionist, Certified Childbirth Educator, and Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula.
I am so grateful for Michelle and impressed with her dedication and commitment to the clients that she serves. She is so giving with her time and skills in a way that far exceeds that of someone who is just doing a job. Her passion for her work and love for her clients is so apparent. Michelle works tirelessly to ensure that the staff who attends to the client is of the highest caliber. Without Michelles oversight of the care for my parents I am not certain that I would have felt that my parents were safe in their home. I will also note that I know the staff that she is responsible for has her highest regard. My parents' caregivers shared with me over and over how professional she is and how much support she provides them. She is concerned for their personal growth and encourages them to take care of themselves so that they can be at their very best for their clients.
Michelle is an amazing person and dedicated professional. She improves the lives of everyone with whom she comes in contact. We sure appreciated her, and my parents enjoyed their last journey in life with her and her staff's assistance.

For quite some time before I started with Michelle Fuller and her agency everyone that I spoke to that knew her just raved about how truly incredible she was. I have now been with Fullers Family Home Care for a little over two and a half months, however I can honestly say that everything I had heard about this incredible owner is true. She is totally amazing in all that she does. She is incredibly generous with her time and everything she does in every way.
